Preconstruction
From initial site visits with ownership prior to lease negotiation, working with the design and engineering team for laying out best solutions for the final goal to initial budgeting, working with utility companies, scheduling and procurement strategy, we work closely with the owners and architects to make sure the project is a success.
We have extensive knowledge on the landlord side (we were one at some point) so ask us to come along and we will be glad to do so.
Construction
We build ground up, TI and structural retrofit projects. Our project delivery is unique in the sense that we understand the needs and desires for owners, architects and consultants outside of the contract. We work closely with the team to coordinate and manage not just the GC portion of the work but any owner vendors and contractors that are crucial in finishing the job.
Our team has built valuable relationships with the city, inspectors and utility companies such that a true collaboration takes places during the construction phase of the project all the way through CoO and turn over.
Engineering and Design
Our Engineering team covers all aspect of electrical infrastructure Assessment, feasibility study, owners engineering through procurement and construction.
We have extensive experience in solar generation, storage battery & microgrids as well as BEB and EV charging infrastructure and power distribution and substations.
Life Cycle
We help the ownership and operation team train in all major MEP systems, Audio Visual and lighting after project turn over. Under close monitoring we stay in contact with the building operation teams for any warranty work or any additional help needed once the ownership has adjusted to the building as their new home.
We also Self Preform framing and drywall, paint and tile which both reduces construction cost as well expedites the schedule.
